HEALING:
Kisi cheez ka upchar karne useh theek karna, ya phir kisi chot par marham lagana , ghav bharna innh sab shabdon ko hum healing kehte hain. It is a process by which the body repaires itself by restoring and cleansing.
Healing occurs in various parts of our life including Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Social. It is a holistic process which involves repair and recovery of mind, body and soul.
We are broken in one or the other way many of us carry wounds and pains mentally, emotionally, or physically. which are unhealed and needs healing.
Healing happens when we share our hurt and pain with others in the same way as we do it with our doctors when we are physically hurt. This sharing turns into positive change. Till the time we ourselves are wounded from inside we cannot heal our families,we cannot heal our friends, we cannot heal people around us.
We are disturbed in our lives because we find ourselves in an unacceptable place, situation or with a person whom we do not want to be with.
No doubt healing is not an overnight process it takes time don’t give up dont get discouraged take each day one step at a time , just try to be in a better place metally and emotionally than you were yesterday.
We cant change whats happening around us but we can definetly change what happens within us.
So be patient with the mind and be kind to yourself. For a long time we have been pretending to be fine. Never let others know the truth and always filtered every line we speak.
Just to show the parts of ourselves which are pleasing to the eyes and keep suffering in silence. But never show our hurt or pain.
Jab hamare dukh dur ho jaeinge tabh hum prasan honge …. Ye bhram hai.
Mann prasan rahega toh hi sab dukh dur honge ….. ye sachai hai
When we go under healing we become lighter our minds starts working and our spirits become high .
Healing is equal to acceptance.
It requires time, patience, and willingness to confront pain or imbalance in lives.
At the end I would like to ask you what happens when people open their hearts they feel better.
So lets get healed by letting go off our baggages and speaking our heart out.
