Self Love
If you are searching for that one person who will love you and change your life then look into the mirror that one person is already within you.
“Accept this hard truth you cannot make someone love you”
Now days we have stopped loving ourselves, we criticize often for not performing well. We underestimate ourselves. We look outside for love but do not bother to look within us.
What is self-love?
Self-Love means that you have an appreciation for yourself you feel proud of yourself. we cannot expect anyone to love us until we learn to love ourselves.
When you have a strong sense of self-love you understand your own value and treat yourself in loving way. Self-Love has a positive effect on your well-being, mental fitness and your relationships.
For years many of us have gone through all kinds of terrible behaviors.
We don’t realize where and when to stop till the time we don’t get humiliated enough. We keep on loving others expecting one day they will also love us in return and growing up with not enough acceptance leaves us losing our self-esteem and self-worth.
We have to learn to say NO to things that don’t work for us. This will protect us from negative thoughts, self-sabotage .
“Khud Ko Pasand Karna, Khud Ki Pehli Pasand Honi Chahiye”
When you have strong sense of self love , you are able to tackle challenges.
Sharing with you some points of LOW SELF-LOVE :-

Start investing in yourself with quality time make notes on what works and what doesn’t, try new things, start acknowledging that everyone make mistakes and encounters setbacks.
Assist the urge to criticize or blame yourself, instead encourage yourself that you deserve support and understanding.
How you love yourself ? is how you teach others to love you.
By treating yourself with kindness and understanding , you deepen Self-Love and create self – acceptance. replace your negative statements or words with positive affirmations.
“Apni zaruraton ka khayal rakhna aur dusron ko khush karne ke liye
Apni bhalai ka tayag na karein.
Apni zaruraton ko samajhana aur unka samaan karna hi SAWABHIMAAN hai.
Apni bhalai ko prathmikta dijiye.
Khud se pyaar kareinge tabhi dusron ko pyar de paaienge yaad rakhiye jiss ke pass jo hoga woh wahi dega.”
Do you know? You carry so much love in your heart, at least give some to yourself. Start sharing first with yourself before sharing with others.
“Aap khush honge toh hi dusron khush rakh paaeinge”
Whether People like you or not, never try to convince somebody of your worth If a person doesn’t appreciate you then, they don’t deserve you. Respect and love yourself and be with people who truly value you.
