Kehte Hain Ek Chup, Sau Sukh

Silence serves as a backdrop that brings out the significance of spoken words, It implies deeper meanings and adds mystery to communication.

“Chup rehna ek aisi kala hai jo humein kisi bhi baat ko gehrai se samajhne ki aur kaam karne ki shakti deti hai. No doubt bolna humein sansaar se , apne parivaar se, society se, aur logon se jodta hai . Jabki chup rehne se aur kam bolne se hum apne aap se judte hain.”

Together silence and speech form a complementary relationship, where silence often reveals the true essence of speech. when we become attached to people and things in the world, our mind becomes entangled reacting to the chaos around. Our thinking becomes congested leading us deeper into whirlwind of thoughts , emotions and negative traits  such as anger, lust, greed and ego. In such turmoil of thoughts, how can we find place for God to dwell.

Destruction is usually noisy but creation always occurs quietly , this illustrates the strength of silence. Silence isn’t merely about reframing from speaking.

It’s a profound practice. “MAUN” in meditation means silencing not only ones voice but also thoughts, emotions and actions. “MAUN” sadhana is a tribute to the Divine, found within oneself in solitude.

Silence enhances self-awareness by closing off external sensory distractions . subsequently one communicates without words through inner self . The silent figures like Buddha and Mahavira have played a greater role in bringing peace to the world .

“Shaant rehne se hum andar se yaani dil se sachi khushi mehsoos karte hain jiss se hamari Sankalp shakti badti hai. Isliye dekha jaataa hai ki jo log kam bolte hain unki baaaton ko dhyan se sunna jaata hai  aur unki baatein aksar sach saabit hoti hain, kyon ki wah log sakratmak vicharon ke hote hain. Unka mann andar se shaant hota hai.”

Human energy is frequently squandered in unnecessary conversations sometimes the tongue inflicts more harm than a bullet.

Silence isn’t about avoidance, it’s a deliberate act of self-control , preventing one from uttering unpleasant truths and engaging in unnecessary arguments and controversies. Silence encourages mindfulness by providing a space for focussed awareness in the present moment. when we are surrounded by silence , our mind is less distracted, thus engaging us fully with our thoughts , sensations and emotions.

In silence we can observe our thoughts clearly and we become we become more attuned to our surroundings noticing details that we might overlook. Silence allows us to connect with our inner selves and we can tap into our intuition and deeper wisdom .

The inner quietness can be profoundly calming and grounding , helping to reduce stress and anxiety. Silence creates a conducive environment for mindfulness by quieting the external noise and allowing us to tune into the richness of our soul . It invites us to be fully present in each moment cultivating a sense of peace, clarity and self-awareness.

Swami Vivekananda learned  after ten days of continuous talk that he forgot the verses he had memorized but later after practicing silence for two weeks he regained his memory powers again.

By remaining silent one day in a week can have transformative effect on personality . By embracing silence an individual can gain mastery over their anger and speech , fostering greater resilience and self-assurance.

Silence can liberates us from stress and tension reinforcing our inner strength promote personal growth and to become a better individual .

“chup rehkar hi Bhagwan ya paramatma se seedhe baat ki jaa sakti hai, Toh samajh lijiye jeewan mein khush rehne ke liye chup yaani shaanti ka vishesh mahatav hai”

Silence is a true friend who will never betray

So do not spend your energy in talking but meditate in silence accumulate strength and power , let the mind be calm and peaceful.

“SILENCE IS GOLDEN
